Belgian-style golden ale aged in bourbon barrels. Bourbon and vanilla notes are accentuated by a hint of coconut. Curieux is made by aging-our Tripel in oak bourbon barrels, and then blending it back with a portion of fresh Tripel. This balanced golden beer was our first foray into barrel aging back in 2004.
