No. 002 Rs. Grass grazed milk and cream. We began making Gelato in a 300 sq ft kitchen in 2004, selling in the downtown area farmers markets, following the seasons and listening to the farmers. We still make our Gelato this way, & always will. Roasted Strawberry: This flavor calls back to hot summer days in Georgia, eating strawberry ice cream in the back of a pick-up truck, swinging our legs off the tail gate. No matter where we are, this flavor always takes us back to that moment in time.
