Real tea. Real taste. Honest. Decaffeinated tea from Sri Lanka. Some very important people (our moms and our customers) told us they wanted a black tea that wouldn't keep them up nights. So, we started with the finest tea leaves from Sri Lanka and removed the caffeine. Then we added a little lemon grass to give it a tang and a touch of organic evaporated sugar can juice to round out the flavor. The result is a delicious black tea that's sweetened, but not sweet, and lets you and our moms sleep peacefully. The caffeine is removed by a natural CO2 process using pressure, temperature and no solvents. That's why the taste comes through but the caffeine doesn't. Contains approximately 1/1000th the caffeine of coffee.
